Shipping policy
All MaisonLierre items are made to order. Each item is individually prepared after your order is placed.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, production may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
After the approximately 7-business-day production period, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: approximately 7–14 business days
- International destinations: approximately 10–25 business days
The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is therefore approximately:
- United States: 14–21 business days
- International destinations: 17–32 business days
These time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping method.
Any free-shipping offers or shipping promotions are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to begin updating after the package has been shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Once an order has been completed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has begun.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.
MaisonLierre is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Multiple Shipments
Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, separate tracking information may be provided.
Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:
- Carrier processing
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs inspections
- Local postal service delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
If there is a significant delay before your order is shipped, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
We will review the tracking information and assist with submitting an inquiry to the shipping carrier when appropriate.
MaisonLierre is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Contact your building management or front desk
- Confirm that the shipping address is correct
- Contact the shipping carrier
Please also contact us through our Contact Us page so we can review the available tracking information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of:
- The item
- The damaged or incorrect area
- The shipping packaging
- The shipping label
Please keep the item and all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
MaisonLierre does not control customs fees or customs processing times.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address or unpaid customs charges, additional shipping or return-to-sender fees may apply.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and return-related fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
