Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from MaisonLierre. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags and original packaging
  • In the same condition in which it was received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us through our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. MaisonLierre is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other delivery-related fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

MaisonLierre reserves the right to deny a refund for items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or improper handling.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Please do not discard the item or packaging before contacting us.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
  • Items returned after the stated return period
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the regular return process.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with the return.

Original customs duties, taxes, international shipping charges, and other delivery-related fees are non-refundable.
